Rossmay House was just perfect, from the moment you drove up the drive, to be welcomed by Ken who had the fire set for us to waking up to a breathtaking view. The newly refurbed house is equipped to a very high standard with nice Scottish touches and a lovely cosy wood burner fire. We would have stayed for longer , keen to return, possible with family/friends in the summer months and sit outside and enjoy the stunning view of Loch Long and the Cobbler. What a retreat, thank you so Ken & Lynsay. I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice Scottish retreat with the great outdoors to enjoy on your doorstep.

By far one of the best airbnb places that we have stayed in. The views around Loch Long as well as the surrounding lochs and hills were outstanding. It was a great base to explore the lower parts of the Scottish highlands. Ken and Lynsay were exceptional hosts and recommended loads of things for us to do. Their home was very comfortable and homely – we really enjoyed coming back and sitting by the fireplace.

Such a great social space to sit and watch the beautiful mountain/lake. We only stayed for 2 days but I would have loved to spend longer here... The Village Inn pub was a 20 minute walk (max) away from the house and did great food. I would recommend climbing the Cobler as well as the walk to Tabot along a designated footpath. Ken and Lynsay were so helpful and very quick to respond to questions. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away from the bustling city and have a relaxing few days of walks with friends/family...

Ken and Lynsay’s place at Arrochay is amazing. The views are some of the best we’ve ever seen, the house has all the facilities you need and being welcomed with the fire already lit was a nice touch. Ken was really lovely too. We had a wonderful time and are already contemplating coming back!
